Embracing the Principles of Guru Har Krishan
Guru Har Krishan, the eighth of the ten Sikh Gurus, holds a significant place in Sikh history. He succeeded his father, Guru Har Rai, at the tender age of five, becoming the youngest Guru in Sikhism on 7 October 1661. Despite his young age, Guru Har Krishan proved to be a wise and compassionate leader who worked tirelessly to spread the teachings of Sikhism.
Sadly, Guru Har Krishan's life was cut short when he contracted smallpox in 1664. Despite his illness, he continued to work for the betterment of his followers until he passed away before reaching his eighth birthday. His short but impactful life is remembered as a shining example of dedication, wisdom, and service to others.
